Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
